Opiate Dependency

In the “older days” detoxing from opiate dependency was equated with painful symptoms of sickness, cramping, vomiting, etc. There is a new medication available to eliminate this. The drug, named Buprenorphine, is also known as SUBOXONE and SUBUTEX. Only physicians certified in the administration and use can prescribe this drug. Clients are amazed at how well they feel and do not experience the awful side effects of opiate withdrawal. Both our psychiatrist and medical doctor are certified to prescribe and titrate Buprenorphine
