Our yoga therapist utilizes restorative yoga poses to address weakness, fatigue and stress. The restorative yoga is particularly beneficial for those struggling with major life-changing events, including recovery from addiction.
Creative Expression
Creative art therapy is a powerful tool in the process of addiction recovery. Our art instructor utilizes her artistic abilities to inspire imagination in our program participants. Art is expressive. The Creative Expression Group process, the images created and personal responses to the art production, reflect an individual’s connection with their inner-self. Creative Expression also avails a healthy alternative for relaxation while building self-esteem.
