Harmony Place strongly believes that a highly trained motivated staff is the key to providing excellent service with a quality clinical program

Harmony Place has a high staff to client ratio, specifically designed to meet the needs of individually customized treatment care plans for each client in the program. All of our program counselors have recovery experience both personally and professionally. They all know first hand the “gripping” effects of the disease of addiction, the life wreckage and the journey to becoming sober and maintaining recovery. These individuals are passionately involved and dedicated in their work to assist the client and the family in this process of sobriety, recovery and relapse prevention.

Harmony Place has carefully selected its staff members and all consultants who provide services to the facility and to the clients. It is one of the founding principles of our facility that the quality of relationships and interaction between clients and staff can have lasting effects upon those individuals we serve. The people who work at Harmony Place bring together a variety of skills and expertise so as to provide the most comprehensive treatment possible.
